Expect hot and humid weather on Wednesday, says Pagasa

MANILA, Philippines — Expect another day of clear skies, as well as hot and humid weather conditions on Wednesday, said the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa).

“Asahan natin na magpatuloy ang maaliwalas na panahon na ating nararanasan [sa Luzon], at mainit at maalinsangan, at may tiyansa naman pagsapit ng hapon at gabi ng dagliang pagulan dala po ‘yan ng localized thunderstorms,” said Pagasa weather specialist Ana Clauren.

(We can expect the clear weather we are experiencing [in Luzon] to continue, and it will be hot and humid, and there is a chance that in the afternoon and evening there will be short rains due to localized thunderstorms.)

The same weather conditions will prevail over the entire Visayas and Mindanao, with short-lived rain showers also expected in the afternoon and evening due to the easterlies.

Metro Manila: 24 to 34 degrees Celsius

Baguio City: 16 to 25 degrees Celsius

Laoag City:  23 to 32 degrees Celsius

Tuguegarao: 23 to 34 degrees Celsius

Legazpi City: 26 to 33 degrees Celsius

Puerto Princesa City: 25 to 32 degrees Celsius

Tagaytay: 23 to 31 degrees Celsius

Kalayaan Islands: 26 to 33 degrees Celsius

Iloilo City: 25 to 32 degrees Celsius

Cebu: 26 to 32 degrees Celsius

Tacloban City: 26 to 32 degrees Celsius

Cagayan De Oro City: 24 to 32 degrees Celsius

Zamboanga City: 25 to 32 degrees Celsius

Davao City: 25 to 33 degrees Celsius

No gale warning is currently raised as only slight to moderate sea conditions are expected throughout the country’s seaboards and in-land seas.
