17 most wanted persons in Central Luzon fall
OLONGAPO CITY — Seventeen most wanted persons in Central Luzon were arrested during a three-day police operation in the region.
In a statement on Wednesday (March 16), the Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3) said among those arrested was Rose Ann Dalindin, 30, one of the most wanted persons in Cabangan town, Zambales province. She was facing a perjury charge.
Also arrested were six people from Pangasinan province. They were identified as Francis Dizon, 31 (for car theft); Philip Mendiola, 32 (statutory rape and child abuse); Roland Valencia, 40 (gun ban and slight physical injuries); Joselito Domingo, 47 (for child abuse); Melbin Gonzales, 20 (for car theft); and Anthony Bautista, 37 (for illegal drugs).
In Nueva Ecija province, arrested were Michael Galvez, 48 (illegal drugs); Ruel Daligdig, 38 (rape); Alvin John Javier, 33 (illegal drugs); and Jeric Garcia, 27 (rape).
Police also arrested three more fugitives in Tarlac province. They were identified as John Paul Macalisang, 24; Lizel Bautista, 28; and Cesar Malgana Jr., 38. Macalisang and Malgana were facing charges for qualified theft, while Bautista was facing slight physical injury charges.
In Bataan province, arrested were Lebert Orense, 38 (qualified theft), and Alvin Sampang, 44 (acts of lasciviousness).
Also arrested was Reynier Aquina, 23, from Bulacan for robbery.
They were all arrested from March 14-16.
