Eddie Gutierrez ‘looks and feels amazing’ at 80
Veteran actor Eddie Gutierrez turned 80 years old with greetings from his family, including his wife Annabelle Rama, children Ruffa, Ramon Christopher, Richard and Raymond, and granddaughter Janine.
“Happy birthday love! I love [you] forever and ever my Elvis Presley,” Rama said while showing a photo of them on her Instagram page yesterday, Feb. 7. Eddie is dubbed the Elvis Presley of the Philippines.

Ruffa, for her part, expressed her gratitude to her father while listing down the things that he has done for their family, as seen on her Instagram page also yesterday. She also showed Eddie blowing his cake with his grandchildren surrounding him.
“Today is Dad’s 80th birthday. He looks and feels AMAZING!! Thank you Dad for all that you’ve done for our family. For working hard, for putting food on the table, for sending us to the best schools. For being the loving, caring, compassionate human being that you are,” she said. “It’s our turn to work hard and give you a happy, stress-free life!”

Janine, meanwhile, recounted how her “Lolo Elvis” would give her money to buy fast food meals during her preschool years, while showing a throwback photo of herself with Eddie and her dad Ramon Christopher.
“Thank you for teaching us that family is everything. I treasure all the conversations we’ve had about work and life and I’m so proud to be you granddaughter,” Janine stated.

Eddie was earlier cleared of prostate cancer after he underwent an operation in August last year. He also had knee replacement surgery in 2018. JB
