Kormasinc Inc. increased its directly owned majority ownership in Vitarich Corp. (VITA) to 2,179719,604 common shares, or 71.36 percent, from 2,179,089,604 common shares, or 71.34 percent, after buying 630,000 VITA common shares in four days in January 2020.

The company disclosed its acquisition of 60,000 common shares at P1.2233 each last on Jan. 14, 2020; 80,000 common shares at P1.22 each on Jan. 15, 2000 which, incidentally, is a Saturday when the Philippine Stock Exchange has no trading; 410,000 common shares at P1.2080 each on Jan. 16, 2020; and 80,000 common shares at P1.1775 each on Jan. 17, 2020.

On Jan. 14, 2020, VITA common shares opened trading at P1.08, hit a high of P1.12, dropped to a low of 1.08, and closed the session at P1.12. On Feb. 21, 2020, which was the week’s last trading day, VITA common shares opened trading at P1.17, hit a high of P1.22, dropped to a low of P1.15, and closed at the their high of P1.22. The stock peaked at a 30-day high of P1.32 and fell to a 30-day low of P1.05.

Buying AEV. Jojo S. Guingao, a senior vice president and chief digital officer of Aboitiz Equity Ventures Inc. (AEV), bought 10,000 AEV common shares at P50.42 each on Feb. 17, 2020. The acquisition increased his indirect ownership of AEV common shares to 63,325 AEV common shares, or 0.00112 percent,which he lodged with PCD Nominee Corp. In addition, he also directly holds 23,103 AEV common shares, or 0.0004 percent of 5,632,792,557 outstanding AEV common shares posted on the PSE website and indirectly owns 30,222 AEV common shares, or 0.000536 percent.

On Feb. 17, 2020, AEV common shares opened trading at P49.55, hit a high of P51, dropped to a low of P49.55, and closed the day’s session at P49.40. On Feb. 21, 2020, the stock opened trading at P51.90, which was also the high, dropped to a low of P50.50, and closed at its low of P50.50.

On Feb. 24, 2020, AEV common shares opened trading at P54.40, hit a high of P54.40, dropped to a low of P49.50, and closed the session at P49.55. The stock peaked at 30-day high of P54 and fell to a 30-day low of P48.05.

Junior. Dean Ang Lao Jr., managing director, Chemrez Technologies Inc. of D&L Industries Inc., bought in three trading days 300,000 DNL common shares as follows: 60,000 shares at P8.5991 each on Feb. 13, 2020; 12,800 shares at P8.5769 each on Feb. 14, 2020; and 226,300 shares at P8.4607 each on Feb. 18, 2020.

On Feb. 13, 2020, DNL common shares opened trading and hit a high of P9.05, dropped to a low of P8.27 and closed the day at P8.60. On Feb. 14, 2020, DNL common shares opened trading at P8.89, which was also their high, dropped to a low of P8.50 and closed the session at P8.60. On Feb. 18, DNL common shares opened trading at P8.52, hit a high of P8.57, dropped to a session’s low of P8.45 and closed the day at P8.45.

On Feb. 24, 2020, DNL common shares opened trading at P8.25, hit a high of P8.40, dropped to a low of P8.15 and closed the session at P8.15. The stock peaked at 30-day high of P9.48 and fell to a 30-day low of P8.15.

In its POR, DNL credited the public with ownership of 2,100,957,732 common shares, or 29.41 percent. It also listed 5,041,900,258 common shares as non-public. Under others, the company listed D&L Employees Retirement Fund as direct holder of 13,564,370 common shares, which is equivalent to 0.19 percent of outstanding.
