Duterte links Trillanes anew to ‘Bikoy’ videos

President Duterte pointed anew at former Sen. Antonio F. Trillanes IV as behind the controversial “Ang Totoong Narcolist” videos which linked members of the Chief Executive’s family to the illegal drugs trade during the election period in 2019.

Duterte made the statement after a certain Joseph Advincula said Trillanes used his brother Peter Advincula for personal agenda.

Peter is known as “Bikoy,” the narrator of the Ang Totoong Narcolist videos.

In an exclusive interview aired during the Saturday evening telecast of “24 Oras Weekend,” Duterte said Trillanes cannot deny that he was involved in the propaganda.

“Truth will always prevail. They cannot claim ignorance because ‘yung intelligence na ginamit ko did it,” he said.

Duterte likewise responded to Trillanes’ recent claim that the President and his long-time aide Sen. Bong Go will go into hiding after his term ends in 2022.

“Magtatago ako? Siya ang hanapin ko…Well, let us see,” he said.
