ANCHOR LAND enters a new decade with the groundbreaking of One Legacy Grandsuites, a 69-story residential development on Benavidez Street in Binondo.
The ceremony was led by Anchor Land’s CEO Steve Li together with Anchor Land Director Jason Li, Anchor Land President Elizabeth Ventura and Anchor Land AVP for Engineering Honorio Alvarez, Jr. Also present in the event were Asya President Albert Yu, Sy^2 Chairman/President and CEO Jose Sy, and Hypro Construction President Apollo Dionisio.
One Legacy Grandsuites is Anchor Land’s tenth residential project in Binondo. It is the first skyscraper to rise along Benavidez Street that stretches right at the heart of Manila Chinatown. It is parallel to Masangkay Street where the prestigious Chinese schools are located.
The residential development is also walking distance to Soler Street where Manila Chinatown’s popular shopping centers, like 168 Shopping Mall and 999 Shopping Mall are situated, and the well-stocked and vibrant Arranque Market along Recto Ave. Moving south, Benavidez Street crosses Ongpin Street, which is the cultural and food haven of Binondo.
