What are British Columbia’s 10 most-wanted criminals doing for Valentine’s Day? Probably trying to evade capture.

Most of us would like to be ‘wanted’ on Valentine’s Day — but not like this,” Crime Stoppers Wednesday’s news release quips, before counting down B.C.’s 10 most wanted criminals. They are:

10. Meaz Nour-Eldin, wanted for kidnapping, unlawful confinement, aggravated assault and use of a firearm.

9. Paul David Loh, wanted for forged credit cards, unlawful possession of ID documents, and fraud.

8. Dyllan James Green, wanted for breaking and entering, theft, mischief, and failure to attend.

7. Ryan Scott Pfeifle, wanted for assault.

6. Dusten Ryan King, who is wanted on Canada-wide warrants.

5. Jack Lincoln Kelley, also wanted on Canada-wide warrants.

4. Walton James Firth, wanted for criminal harassment.

3. Cong Dinh, wanted for money laundering.

2. John Norman Mackenzie, wanted for being unlawfully at large.

1. Conor D’Monte, wanted for murder.

Tipsters offering information that leads to the arrest of any wanted criminal may collect a reward of up to $5,000, but a partnership between Crime Stoppers and the national BOLO program has yielded larger incentives for three of the men on this list. A $100,000 reward is offered for information leading to D’Monte’s arrest, while Crime Stoppers is offering $50,000 rewards for Mackenzie and Dinh.

“If every British Columbian were on the lookout for these 10 men, we’d have about five million extra pairs of eyes to add to those of the police,” said Linda Annis, Crime Stoppers’ Executive Director. “Crime Stoppers really works in finding criminals like these. Last year we received more than 5,100 anonymous crime tips in Metro Vancouver alone leading to 87 arrests, including five gang members and the recovery of $10 million worth of stolen property and illegal drugs.”

Anyone with information regarding the individuals listed is asked to contact Crime Stoppers anonymously.
