TO strengthen the government’s anti-illegal recruitment campaign and delivery of programs and services for Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) and their families, Labor Secretary Silvestre Bello III and City of Manila Mayor Francisco Domagoso sign an agreement that will converge efforts of both Department of Labor and Employment (DoLE) and City of Manila against anti-illegal recruitment and will establish an OFW help desk in the City on January 30.
