The starter selection features assorted cold cuts and cheese, salmon gravlax blinis, and composition salad paired with a classic minestrone soup. Buffet highlights surf and turf with U.S. Beef Ribeye and gratinated prawns, complemented with barbequed baby back ribs, paella marisco and a variety of sides. Dessert is sure to satisfy your sweet tooth, with red velvet macaroons, rose water profiteroles, chocolate brownies with raspberry Chantilly cream, two flavors of our specialty ice cream and fresh fruits.

The Valentine’s Day Buffet at Alfred is on February 14 from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. Dinner buffet is inclusive of sodas, chilled juices, and the Diamond Iced Tea.
