VANCOUVER, B.C.: Friday, Jan. 24. Today’s weather is expected to start out with rain, but that should ease up near noon and then it should be mainly cloudy with a chance of showers, and a high of 9 C, according to Environment and Climate Change Canada. Overnight, there is a slight chance of showers and then rain beginning again before morning. Then it’s a wet weekend ahead. The agency is forecasting rain tapering to a chance of showers on Saturday, with a high of 7 C, and then more rain overnight. On Sunday, expect periods of rain, and wind, with a high of 9 C. The stretch of soggy weather continues into next week, with rain on Monday and showers on Tuesday, with highs of 9 C both days. Wednesday looks mainly cloudy, with a chance of showers and a high of 9 C, and then more rain is expected on Thursday.
