Expo Line to downtown delayed due to track issue, TransLink warns

Expo Line service in downtown Vancouver has been halted due to a track issue, TransLink said Thursday afternoon, and just in time for the end-of-day commuter rush.
Customers travelling in or out of the downtown area will need to disembark at Commercial-Broadway Station and switch trains in order to continue their journey.
A bus bridge has been established to assist with passenger volumes as crews work to solve the problem, but there is no word on how long that will take.
The Canada and Millennium Lines are unaffected, the transit authority said.
