ILOILO City — More than week after typhoon “Ursula” hit the country, world famous Boracay Island is slowly regaining its power supply.

“Only some parts of the island have electricity,” said Mayor Frolibar Bautista of Malay town, Aklan province.

To recall, Ursula’s strong winds knocked down electrical posts in Boracay and the rest of Aklan province.
