Anti-scalawag operatives of the Philippine National Police (PNP) arrested on Sunday two policemen tagged as responsible in running a “tupada” (illegal cockfighting) in Caloocan City.
Col. Ronald Lee, director of the PNP-Integrity Monitoring and Enforcement Group (IMEG), said 31 other civilians were arrested when they conducted a raid in Tala, Caloocan City, before noon on Sunday.
