Vice President Leni Robredo said on Tuesday she will release her findings on the drug war in a “report to the nation” on December 16, Monday, after the country’s hosting of the 30th Southeast Asian (SEA) Games.

“Matatapos siya on Thursday pero nasa Basilan at Marawi kasi ako. Most probably sa Monday gagawin,” Robredo, former co-chair of the Inter-agency Committee on Anti-Illegal Drugs (ICAD), said in a media interview.

The Vice President said she would disclose publicly the report that contains her discoveries and recommendations on how to improve government’s efforts against illegal drugs.

“Iyong expectation lang ang hinahanap solusyon, hindi problema. Ang hinahanap natin papaano mapapabuti, mai-improve at magmu-move forward,” she stressed.

Robredo gave the exact date of the release of her report from her short stint as ICAD co-chair on the sidelines of the launch of the Istorya ng Pag-asa (Stories of Hope) photo gallery at the Commission on Human Rights (CHR) central office in Quezon City.
