‘Tisoy’ to exit PH tonight or early Thursday — Pagasa

“Tisoy” is forecast to exit the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) between Wednesday night and early Thursday, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said.
As of 6 p.m., Pagasa last spotted “Tisoy” at 380 kilometers west of Subic, Zambales as it moved west-southwest toward the West Philippine Sea at 20 kilometers per hour (kph).
It had maximum sustained winds of up to 95 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 115 kph.
Pagasa said the Ilocos Region, Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region, Central Luzon and Cagayan Valley would experience moderate with occasional heavy rains because of the Northeast Monsoon. FRANZ LEWIN EMBUDO
