Vancouver Weather: Sunny, but freezing tonight

VANCOUVER, B.C.: Thursday, Nov. 29. Today’s weather will start off icy, with early morning temperatures below zero, and then warm up to a high of 6 C, with clear skies, according to Environment and Climate Change Canada. Overnight, the mercury is expected to take a plunge down to – 3 C, but the agency says with the wind chill is going to be more like – 9 C. That icy weather is likely going to continue into Friday morning, with sunshine, winds of up to 15 km/h, and a wind chill factor of – 9 C. Friday’s temperature high is just 4 C. Looking ahead to the weekend, there’s going to be plenty of sunshine but those cold temperatures will persist. Saturday looks sunny, with a high of 3 C and a low of 1 C overnight. Sunday should be a mix of sun and cloud with a high of 4 C and an overnight low of 1 C. Then the week starts off sunny on Monday and 5 C. Overnight Monday, however, looks cloudy with a good chance of snow flurries. It doesn’t look like that snow will stick as the flurries turn to rain on Tuesday, and the temperature warms slightly to a high of 6 C.
