CONTROVERSIAL broadcast journalist Raffy Tulfo isn’t keen to apologize over his supposed mishandling of a case involving a student and a teacher.
Many netizens aired their disappointment over the matter via social media, maintaining Tulfo’s suggestion to have the teacher’s license revoked, inasmuch as urging the child’s parents to file child abuse complaint against her, was a tad too much.
According to Tulfo he is open to netizens’ opinion but only because “kung walang netizens, wala tayong show.”
“So having said that, ang gagawin ko na lang, yung si teacher at itong parent ng bata ay pagbabatiin ko na lang.”
Still, he insisted, “child abuse yun dahil pinahiya niya yung bata. Kailangan pa rin siya na ma-sanction. Siguro turuan siya ng maximum tolerance…”
“But, anyhow, to make it short, tayo po ay makikinig sa mga netizen sa kanilang panawagan na huwag nang pasibakin si teacher.”
“Okay lang yun, hindi niyo nagustuhan yung desisyon ko. Tao lang naman ako, hindi ako perpekto.”
