NEW People's Army fightersCAMP BRIG. GEN. OSCAR M. FLORENDO, Parian, San Fernando City, La Union – Twenty-six New People’s Army rebels from Pangasinan surrendered to the authorities last Wednesday.

Police Brig. Gen. Joel S. Orduña, Ilocos police director, led the ceremonial turn-over and administered the oath of allegiance of the rebel returnees.

They manifested their recognition of the government and desire to become responsible members of the society during the event in last Wednesday in Mabini, Pangasinan.
