Drug pusher gunned down

BACOLOD CITY – A suspected drug pusher was killed while his partner was wounded when two masked men shot them in Purok Cagaycay, Barangay 2, here, last Monday.

Police identified the slain victim as Roberto Salvador, 50, of Barangay 3, here; and his wounded partner as Norma Tipon, 39, of Barangay 4, this city.

Police Major Sherlock Gabana, head of the Police Station 2, this city, said the victims were standing in the area when two men wearing Halloween masks arrived. The suspects drew their guns and fired shots at the victims.

The gunmen fled on board a motorcycle. Gabana said Salvador died on the spot from bullet wounds in the head while Tipon, who sustained four bullet wounds, was rushed to Corazon Locs
