UPDATE: 2 suspects in Dumaguete broadcaster’s slay nabbed

BACOLOD CITY– TWO suspects behind the killing of radio broadcaster, Dindo Patrimonio Generoso, in Dumaguete City were arrested, police reported on Friday.
Citing a progress report, Col. Julian Entoma, acting provincial police director of the Negros Oriental Provincial Police Office, identified the suspects as retired PCpl. Glenn Corsame, a non-duty police officer, and Teddy Reyes Salaw, 44, a civilian.
Recovered from Salaw was a .45 cal pistol Norinco with eight rounds of live ammunition.
The suspects are now in the custody of the Dumaguete City Police Station.

Brig. Gen. Valeriano de Leon, Police Regional Office (PRO) Central Visayas, in a report sent to Camp Crame, said the suspects were arrested on Thursday night.
Another suspect, identified as Police Officer (PO) 2 Roger Rubio, is at large.
Generoso was gunned down on Thursday morning while driving his car along Barangay Piapi.
Dumaguete City Police Station (CPS) will file a murder case against the suspects.
