Vancouver Weather: Chilling, with spooky fog rolling in later

VANCOUVER, B.C.: Thursday, Oct. 31. It’s Halloween and there’s an eerie fog expected to roll in tonight as folks head out to take part in the festivities. Environment and Climate Change Canada is forecasting a cloudy start to the day, then clearing up with sunshine and a high of 10 C. Tonight, you may want to dress in layers if you’re going out to party or trick or treating, as the agency says there’s a bone-chilling low of just 1 C expected, with clear skies and fog. That fog will likely continue into Friday, the first of November, but will dissipate for a mainly sunny day, with a high of 10 C and an overnight low again of just 1 C. The weekend looks cold but the rain may hold off. On Saturday expect sunshine, with a high of 11 C and then Sunday looks mainly cloudy with a high of 10 C. The clear, crisp fall weather continues into the first part of next week, with the agency forecasting sunshine on Monday and Tuesday, and highs of 11 C and 10 C, respectively.
