3 dead in Ilocos road mishaps

CAMP PRESIDENT ELPIDIO QUIRINO, Bulag, Bantay, Ilocos Sur – Three persons were killed while three others were injured in separate road accidents in this province last week.

Police identified two of the three victims as Rowel Refurezo, 23, animal trainer, of Barangay Tamag, Vigan City, and John Dominic S. Talagtag, of Barangay Bayubay Sur, San Vicente, Ilocos Sur.

Refuerzo was killed after the motorcycle he was driving rammed into an electrical post in Barangay Beddeng Laud, Vigan.
