Gaisano mall in General Santos still on fire after 6.3 magnitude quake

A mall in General Santos City is still on fire as of 6 a.m. after a 6.3 magnitude earthquake jolted parts of Mindanao on Wednesday night.
Based on the initial report from the Office of Civil Defense (OCD) Region 12 sent to reporters, 70 percent of Gaisano mall has been damaged.
The Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) said that a third alarm was raised at 12 midnight.
The National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management (NDRRMC) continues to gather reports on the earthquake as of posting time.
The 6.3 magnitude quake struck parts of Mindanao at 7:37 p.m., with its epicenter in North Cotabato. It was tectonic in origin and had a depth of 2 kilometers.
