NCAA: EAC routs Arellano to pick up 4th win

MANILA, Philippines–Emilio Aguinaldo College caught Arellano napping in the final half to register a lopsided 77-50 win on Friday in the NCAA Season 95 men’s basketball tournament.

Renz Gonzales and Adrian De Guzman combined for 25 points and were the unlikely heroes for the Generals, who tore the Chiefs apart in the third with a huge run that sealed their fourth victory in 17 games.

Kent Salado paced the Chiefs with 14 points and Justin Arana contributed 13 as this year’s host school dropped to a 4-12 record.
