US cancels visa of ‘drug queen’ – DoJ

The United States government has granted the request of the Philippines to cancel the visa of former barangay chairwoman Guia Gomez Castro who has been tagged as the “drug queen” in cahoots with “ninja cops”.

“Upon the request of the Department of Justice, the US visa granted to alleged drug queen Guia Castro has been cancelled,” Department of Justice (DoJ) spokesman and Undersecretary Markk Perete told reporters on Wednesday.

“The BI (Bureau of Immigration) is now working with US immigration authorities to effect her deportation to the Philippines,” he added.

The US acted after Justice Secretary Menardo Guevarra issued last Friday an immigration lookout bulletin order (ILBO) against Castro.
