Voters in the Vancouver-Granville riding can hear the candidates’ ideas and proposals for the environment at a forum Oct. 3.
The participating candidates include Louise Boutin (Green Party of Canada); Jody Wilson-Raybould (Independent, incumbent); Taleeb Noormohamed (Liberal Party of Canada); and Yvonne Hanson (New Democrats of Canada,) according to a news release Thursday from Global Shapers Vancouver, a youth organization.
The group says the debate will demonstrate to politicians that the environment needs to be front-and-centre in this election.
The doors open at 6 p.m. at the CityLab Space, 511 West Broadway in Vancouver.
Canadians vote in the federal election Oct. 21.
