Human remains found on Mount Seymour

Mounties on the North Shore and the coroner are investigating the discovery of human remains on Mount Seymour.

The unidentified remains were found in the backcountry on Sunday. It’s unknown at this time how long the body had been in the area.

The B.C. Coroners Service says it is investigating to determine how, where, when and by what means the person died.

No other information has been released at this time.
