Withdrawal and spermicide

Hello Ma’am Rica,
Virgin po ako until six months ago with my current girlfriend. Parehas kaming virgin kaya nasa exploration stage kami. Pero dahil we want to avoid a gulatan situation na may mabubuntis, we are careful and are using condoms.
Although merong a few times na niririsk na lang namin and hinuhugot ko na lang before I come. Meron ding heat of the moment na after I come outside, pinupunasan ko lang then I re-enter.
Meron din nagmention to us about spermicide ba yon? Any information will be helpful po.
Thank you,
Egg Sandwich
Hello Egg Sandwich,
Congratulations on your sexual awakening with your girlfriend. And kudos to you na you are trying to be safe.
Withdrawal method can be as high as 96 percent effective pero ang average nito ay 78 percent lang. But this is measured considering perfect timing and consistency. Ito yung pinaka convenient method dahil wala itong cost and walang side effects.
Ang spermicides naman ang may pinakamababang rate of effectiveness – 82 percent lang with an average of 72 percent effectivity.
