Makeover: A fresh new look for a busy mom

Angela Falco is a busy mom and marketing manager. She was long overdue for a little self care and style refresh.
Angela has medium textured hair, which tends to get a frizzy and a little unruly. Her colour was fading and she wasn’t liking how coppery it was looking. To deepen and enrich her colour I applied a cool-brown permanent colour at her root area to camouflage some silver around the hairline. On the mid-lengths and ends I used a demi-permanent, ammonia-free colour in the same shade to even and balance out the colour.
I shampooed her hair using Oribe Shampoo and Conditioner for Beautiful colour to preserve colour and fortify chemically treated hair. As a leave-in conditioner, I added a dime size amount of Supershine Light Moisturizing Cream. I sectioned her hair into a central vertical parting and cut her hair into a diagonal forward, one-length long bob. I point cut the ends to create texture and softens and then customized her part to the side once dry.
Before styling, I sprayed Oribe Royal Blowout Heat Styling Spray for added heat protection and blow dried her hair with a paddle brush. I finished her style using KMS Hair Stay — Working Spray.
To refresh her makeup, I dabbed on a green corrective primer on the areas of redness around her face. I used a tinted moisturizer in the same areas, as she doesn’t like the feeling of too much makeup on her skin. To softly enhance her hazel-green eyes, I used a cream based eyeshadow with a khaki green shade, curled her lashes and coated them with black mascara. On her cheeks I used a soft coral-peach and finished her look with lip tint.
