One man dead in stabbing near shopping centre in South Surrey

Homicide investigators have been called in after a man was fatally stabbed near a shopping centre in South Surrey early Friday morning.
RCMP say shortly after 3 a.m., the Surrey RCMP found a man with apparent stab wounds in the 1700-block of 152nd Street, near the Semiahmoo Shopping Centre.
Investigators say the man has since died of his injuries. They believe it was a targeted attack, but have not released any information about a possible suspect or motive.
The Integrated Homicide Investigation Team has been called and will be working in with the Surrey RCMP on the case.
