Sanay kasi ako sa bahay naming dahil ako lang ang girl and my mom is working elsewhere. So kapag medyo bratty ako kapag meron ako, my brother and dad will adjust for me. Haha.

Thank you,

UnicaHija

Hi UnicaHija,

Nakakatuwa ang iyong pag-acknowledge ng kasungitan mo when you have your period and hindi lang ikaw ang uncomfortable na may kasabay having your period dahil especially in a dorm setting, medyo kailangan mong makisama and of course, ‘yung thought na lahat kayo masungit is just not something you want to go through every month for the school year.

That being said, madami nang debates regarding menstrual synchrony.

Mas likely siguro that because all of you are undergoing the same stresses in school and living conditions, kaya nagkakaroon ng adjustment sa period ng women in the same living setting.

If you want to be in a dorm and have control over your menstrual cycle, baka mas effective if you use birth control pills. This will help alter the levels of progesterone and estrogen in the body.

You can read up on researches or you can actually start your own investigation if you decide to live in a dorm. Keep me posted, always enjoy and be safe.

With Love and Lust,

Rica
