Citing a police report, Gonzales said the radio station’s security guard saw a red pickup truck come from Gensanville Subdivision. As the truck neared the studio, the driver pulled out a pistol and opened fire while speeding the truck past toward the downtown area.
The studio had three bullet holes, one of them pierced through the glass door, Gonzales added.

The Bombo Radyo studio is on Amao Road in Barangay Bula.
The truck bore no license plates, according to Gonzales.
Gonzales said the motive of the strafing incident and the identity of the attacker remained unknown as of this writing.
