Fuel prices up for 3rd straight week

FOR three consecutive weeks, oil companies will jack up prices of petroleum products by up to more than a peso this week.
The price of diesel will increase by 95 centavos per liter, gasoline by P1.20 per liter, and kerosene by P1 per liter effective on Tuesday.
So far, Petro Gazz, Phoenix Petroleum, Pilipinas Shell, PTT Philippines, and Seaoil have announced an upward adjustment in pump prices.
Last week, industry players raised the cost of diesel by 55 centavos per liter, gasoline by 30 centavos per liter, and kerosene by 45 centavos per liter.
