Beach Volleyball Republic founder receives award

Angeline Marie Gervacio, founder of Beach Volleyball Republic received the Woman Leadership Award from the World Women Leadership Congress held at the Dusit Hotel in Makati.
This is in recognition Gervacio’s role as an athlete, entrepreneur, and the sports columnist at The Manila Times.
Incidentally Wilma Eisma, the chairman and administrator of the Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority received the same award.
“I am truly grateful for the opportunity that The Manila Times have given me. Trust that I will keep using my voice to inspire more women to continue making waves in our country,” said Gervacio.
