Veteran actor Eddie “Manoy” Garcia is now reportedly conscious following the bad fall he suffered while in location in Tondo, working supposedly on a teleserye for GMA-7.
In a Facebook post, entertainment columnist, Leo Bukas, said the incident happened Saturday morning, with the 94-year-old being quickly rushed to the Mary Johnston Hospital.
“Let’s all pray and hope na maging okey ang kalagayan ni Manoy Eddie Garcia,” he wrote.
Veteran writer and graphic arts designer, Dave Rojo, also posted the same on Facebook as with director Arman Reyes.
Actress Vivian Velez added the actor was in “critical condition.”
