Antonio Trillanes 4th as vice president.

Peter Joemel Advincula, who stands by his earlier claim to be “Bikoy,” has been arrested by the Philippine National Police (PNP) and allowed to make a public statement and answer questions from journalists in a media conference at Camp Crame
