A new day has come for me and my home province of Antique. Such a sweet, hard-earned victory! At the proclamation tonight, I was grateful to all my kasimanwas for choosing me to represent them in Congress in a landslide win with 199,187 votes (based on the certificate of canvass of votes) against former Governor and Congressman Exequiel Javier’s 69,716 votes, the biggest margin in the history of Antique. I will prioritize measures that will provide jobs and livelihood to each of the 590 barangays, give assistance to farmers and fisherfolks, provide water to all esp. upland municipalities, achieve zero open defecation, provide free education and allowance to students, provide medicines, and continue to improve hospital facilities and rural health units. We will make Antique a model province for inclusive, sustainable and resilient development. I have so many dreams for Antique. Excited to accomplish them all. Duro-duro gid nga salamat! #LoveAntique #LoveIndayLoren ❤️ #HouseofRepresentatives #2019
