THE vote counting machine (VCM) at the precinct of reelectionist Sen. Grace Poe in San Juan City is defective, an official manning the polls said on Monday.
The electoral board in charge of Cluster 81 at Sta. Lucia Elementary School said the VCM broke down at about 9:23 a.m. but that it would be replaced.
Poe was in the precinct early on Monday but was forced to go home while the problem was being fixed.
