LPA spotted near Ilocos Norte–Pagasa

A LOW pressure area (LPA) was spotted in Ilocos Norte, the state-run weather bureau said on Tuesday.
The LPA is located 160 kilometers north-northwest of Laoag City, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said.
It is expected to bring cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms over Metro Manila, Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, Cagayan Valley, Central Luzon ,Region 4-A (Calabarzon), Bicol Region, and Region 4-B (Mimaropa).
Pagasa warned of possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
Fishermen in Northern Luzon are advised about the moderate to rough sea condition.
