MANILA, Philippines — Rotational brownouts will be experienced in parts of Metro Manila on Wednesday afternoon, the National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP) announced.

NGCP said the rotational brownout will happen from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. amid the thinning power supply in Luzon.

“Schedule may be cancelled if system condition improves, such as if actual demand falls below projections,” NGCP said in an advisory.

Aside from Metro Manila, parts of Albay will also be affected by the rotational brownouts.
