Manila traffic rerouted on Good Friday for Black Nazarene procession

THE Manila District Traffic Enforcement Unit (MDTEU) announced that it would reroute traffic as it would close parts of Manila for the Black Nazarene procession on Good Friday.
The MDTEU will close the southbound lane of Quezon Blvd. (Quiapo), from A. Mendoza/Fugoso to Plaza Miranda and España/P. Campa/Lerma on Thursday at 11 p.m.
The traffic unit advised motorists to take the alternative routes below:
All vehicles intending to utilize Quezon Blvd. coming from A. Mendoza shall turn right to Fugoso St., left Rizal Ave. to point of destination.
All vehicles coming from España going to Quezon Blvd. shall turn left to Nicanor Reyes St. then turn right or left to C.M Recto Ave., to point of destination.
The MDTEU also noted that closing and opening of affected areas would be based on actual traffic condition. CATHERINE A. MODESTO
