HEART Evangelista fanatics are apt to rejoice with the actress recently revealing her upcoming appearance in an international film.
She didn’t reveal much, apart from saying the film is of the action genre.
The 34-year-old, known mainly for romantic films, admitted it was something she didn’t foresee doing.
“Medyo nagulat din ako sa sarili ko but you know again, you only live once, try new things from time to time,” she said.
Asked how it was shooting the film, she related, “Siyempre nakakapagod kasi iba rin ‘yung hinihingi nilang requirements sa fitness… but it feels really good to be part of something.”
Earlier this year, Evangelista flew to China for a hush-hush project.
Many thought it was for the sequel of “Crazy Rich Asians” but Evangelista was quick to deflate the allegation.
There was also talk she is involved in the live adaptation of Disney’s “Mulan” but Evangelista is yet to speak on the matter. (Neil Ramos)
