Maynilad breaks ground for Las Piñas Water Reclamation Facility

LAS Piñas City Mayor Imelda Aguilar, represented by daughter April Aguilar, led the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of the Las Piñas Water Reclamation Facility located on a 2.25-hectare lot along Alabang Zapote Road, in Barangay Pamplona Uno.

The facility is the newest project of Maynilad, and once completed, will be its largest sewage treatment plant in terms of capacity, treating about 88 million liters of wastewater per day. With the project’s completion by 2021, Las Piñas residents will be assured of enough clean water.
