Fire hits houses in Las Piñas City

MANILA, Philippines — Fire broke out at a residential area in Las Piñas City on Friday, the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) said.

Fire Officer II Ceo Abucay said the blaze in Tuazon Street, Brgy. Pamplona Uno reached first alarm around 4:28 p.m.

Authorities said the fire spread quickly that in two minutes, it reached third alarm.

Firemen are still trying to put out the blaze, as of posting. /kga
