Suspect in Jolo blasts, 4 others surrender

A suspect tagged in the bombing of a cathedral in Jolo, Sulu and four others surrendered to police, Director General Oscar Albayalde said on Monday.
Albayalde also confirmed that the explosions at the Our Lady of Mount Carmel during a mass on January 27 was a suicide bombing, which an Indonesian couple carried out.
Albayalde said alias Kamah, also known by his other names — Rajan, Isal, and Papong — surrendered over the weekend.
The other surrenderees have not been identified.
The suspects will face charges of multiple murder and multiple homicide.
