LOOK: Comelec receives second certificate of canvass for BOL plebiscite

MANILA, Philippines — The National Plebiscite Board of Canvassers (NPBC) received on Thursday afternoon the second certificate of canvass (COC) for the Bangsamoro Organic Law (BOL) plebiscite.
At around 3:10 p.m., Rohaida Dia acting Election Officer for Isabela City in the province of Basilan delivered the COC containing the results of the plebiscite and other election paraphernalia.
The first COC that the NPBC received was from Cotabato City.
It was personally delivered by Election Officer for Cotabato City Atty. Rommel Rama and Leylann Generoso Manuel on Wednesday afternoon. /muf
