Bulacan cops nab 4 women in separate drug busts

CAMP GEN. ALEJO SANTOS, Malolos, Bulacan — Police arrested four women in separate buy-bust operations in Bocaue and Malolos on Friday.
Senior Supt. Chito Bersaluna, chief of the Bulacan Police Provincial Office, said 11 sachets of crystal meth, locally known as ‘shabu,’ were seized from the suspects — Chona Altezen, Josephine Dela Cruz, Jennifer Froda and Nomariano Batongbakal.
The suspects are facing charges for violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
Early this week, a 24-year old woman and her companion were killed after firing at police operatives during a buy-bust at the Malolos Club Royal Hotel and Resort in Malolos. /atm
