Comelec Spokesman James Jimenez released on Friday the list of LGUs that complied with all the requirements and rules, which established that their jurisdiction is adjacent to that of the LGUs enumerated in the BOL.
“The following petitioner-local government units have complied with all of the requirements under the law and the rules and have sufficiently established that its territory is contiguous to that of the local government units enumerated in the Bangsamoro Organic Law,” he wrote on Twitter last Friday.
