MANILA, Philippines – The midnight rain showers did not discourage some folks in Metro Manila and nearby town to welcome 2019 with pyrotechnics.
From Taguig to Marilao, Bulacan, the skies were illuminated by colorful fireworks at 12 a.m. to cap the arrival of the New Year and get some good vibes.
