MANILA, Philippines — The number of stranded passengers at various ports in the country due to inclement weather brought about by the low pressure area (formerly Tropical Depression “Usman”) continues to dwindle, the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) said.
As of 4 p.m. on Sunday, the PCG recorded only 428 individuals still stranded in ports:
National Capital Region-Central Luzon – 280
Southern Tagalog- 115
Western Visayas – 33
A total of 428 passengers; 2 Vessels; and 3 Motorbanca were stranded from different ports nationwide due to Low Pressure…
